Manufacturing Techniques
6mm thick toughened safety panels are used to produce bathroom wall cladding panels. As per glass splashbacks both clearfloat and starphire types are available. Mould resistant silicone is used to seal the perimeters and to ensure it is water tight. The coatings used on the back of the glass are also moisture and mould resistant making it perfect for use in wet areas. When the wall cladding is site checked all holes and cut-outs are measured for Shower heads, Taps, Shelves, Shower Screens, Towel Rails or any other penetrations that are required to attach fittings to the Wall Cladding.
